Right now I use my fitness pal . But I have never kept count of the carbs that came from veges or certain days and never noticed a problem. But when you count it up in like 20g over what my plan is . I'm gonna try counting them in and see if that little bit makes a difference .
Thats true you gotta look at the bigger picture . 100 calories a week is nothing but over a month that's an extra 400 calories a day . I could live comfortably on 2700 calories a day . I don't need tons of carbs to survive either .
