Oh okay so pretty similar, I can contribute maximum 18% of my yearly income into RRSP. So then from there you can choose if you want them to invest your money on high risk or low risk investments?

Okay I was assuming he was talking about RRSPs or something. My work has a great plan where I put in 6% of my cheque and they match it. And after years of service they put in a higher %.

Great thanks for the tips! I used to love to swim, I'd go at 6am before work and swim laps, then this year the pool shit down due to structural integrity issues. Great I will adjust my macros and keep tweaking my diet on my fitness pal.

Wow 75 minutes a day, your resting heart rate must be like 10bpm lol. I'm going for 60 protein 20 fats and 20 carbs for my macros, does that sound right? Most likely taking in around 1800 calories per day. I'll try and aim for five days a week, it depends on what my body says, I have pretty bad...
What I do for legs.
45 second rest between sets.
1) Straight leg deadlifts
5x12-15
2) Squat 5x5 1x15
3) Hack Squat 4x15
4) Seated leg curls 4x12 (drop set each set)
5) Leg extensions 4x12 (drop set each set)
6) Lying leg curls 3x15
7) Seated calf raises/standing smith machine calf raises...
