Yeah I've never heard anyone having blood pressure issues from them.... maybe op could naturally have high bp.... I'm thinking maybe dehydration possibly could be getting sick? Idk
I've never felt like this from sarms....I'm currently running the rad but half your dose and solely. However in the past I've stacked multiple ones and haven't felt like tgat. Possibly blood pressure but another thung are you drinking enough water?

If any way possible I'd go with the triple stack for 12 weeks. If you cannot do that then yes I'd choose s4 and gw for 12 weeks, however with s4 you would need to run a pct.
Please post up your stats and goals. Those doses do not make any sense. Many have stacked these together. If you post stats and goals we can better assist you.
