Week 6 MK677 Update:
Ok guys, just a quick update on week 6 of running MK677. I also just started my Triple Stack cycle on Sunday (10/15). A few observations...
1) Bloat is 99% gone
2) Sleep is significantly better, getting a consistent 8+ hours a night now
3) Lethargy is completely gone
4)...
I think you're still missing the preface of my question to the board. I was simply asking for some examples of people's cardio workouts and their respective dosing protocol if it differed from Rx'd. I was only asking for pure curiosity.
This is my 3rd SARMs-only cycle (Triple Stack) but now...

I've been on MK677 only for 4 weeks now and here are some observations so far...
1) Do not have the insane hunger others have reported
2) Lethargy was pretty intense for the first 3 weeks. Now it has significantly subsided since switching to evening dosing.
3) The bloat was next to unbearable...
Thanks for all the input guys. I wanted to clarify that it's "gut bloat" that I'm experiencing and not swelling like you get in your hands and feet generally associated with water retention, although my weight is up about 8 pounds so I know there is at least some water retention going on. Glad...
