This workout program is different than what I usually do and have done before. This is a mix of GVT and HIIT since I rest less than a min per set and decrease rest time each week by 10 secs.
One week in and feeling great. Recovery is great and gym/workout aggression is increasing. Weights are Increasing even with less rest time between sets.
1st day of Rad140/GW stack 16 week cycle. LFG!
Starting BW: 210lbs

On 4th week of Full PCT after 12 week LGD3303 cycle. Didnt get much from that cycle. Thinking of next cycle already in a few weeks and thinking of doing a standalone Rad140 cycle with Proviron. No GW. Trying to keep costs down due to low budget this time. Could I run that for 12 weeks without GW...
Finished cycle. Really didn't see the results I expected from LGD3303 then again diet was off and had a lot of stress and anxiety dealing with life at the moment.
Starting 4 week full PCT of Nolva and enclomiphene then 4 weeks off then hopefully starting up Rad140/GW/Proviron 12 week cycle...

Starring to see a little difference on physique.
BW: 200lbs
BF: 13%
Diet has been off so haven't lost much but have maintained so far.
However been noticing some strength gains on both compound and isolation exercises.
Going to increase proviron from 50mg to 60 MG per day since new...
