That TRT does seem high brother. I started at 200 mg/week for 1st 6mo and it did feel like a light cycle. Doc has me now at 100 mg/week t-cyp and I bet we settle at 150 or so. Interesting for the close out with T-bol. Can't wait to see how that goes, I bet it works well. And tend to...

Agree with your assessment on both... Dylan, do you mix steady + hiit cardio in same workout? (something like 30min incline treadmill 10degrees/3mph - then 20 min sprint/walk) or do you do hiit one day and steady another? thanks brotha

Have been on both sides of E2 and agree they both suck. Too high and I get emotional and weird, less sleep, no morning wood. Too low and feel elthargic....in the middle, with TRT dialed in - damn - life is good. It took me better part of 6mo to dial in TRT + Arimidex....Doc has since lowered...

Damn! This thing is spot on. I track my daily on myfitnesspal and targeting about 1lb week loss (kind of a recomp keeping protein high) and this tracks close to what I have been seeing past 4 weeks! Thanks for the link!

I did the same from running 500mg/wk test-cyp. Waited 4 weeks (per great input from the bros here). Actually came back below normal at TRT doc (i.e. at same low levels as when I started TRT). So should be safe for sure.
