I dont mess with that.
Not that i have anything against it but with my chronic tendinitis it is not something I want to experience on fired up clusters of nerves.

Ive used chucks for running, lifting, even OCR's before i learned about trail running Adidas.
Nike gets no play at my house since they signed Michael Vick back.
After all of the bullshit ive been through with bunk I need to get me something legit and log it.
I am okay with grammar and punctuation, and I also live out in the woods and do not drink or smoke anymore so I might be a half decent candidate.
I train very intensely for volume work and strength...
i do that every day until i hit a wall.
Usually starts with a bit of elbow pain.
But I do 20+ rep pump sets of hammer curls and Tricep kick backs over and over until my pump starts to fade.
Then I leave them alone for a few days and split them apart with a push pull split training.
at least my supplement stack is on point.
My 5k runs are good, the OCR's i finish strong, and the Spartan Beasts, Battle Frogs, and all of those half marathon length OCR's have been tough but again I kill it and finish strong. So I am doing something right.
