I need advice

I just recently started taking yk-11 as my first time using sarms im 18 years old and 6,2feet and weight 240lb im in my first week of taking it i followed what I’ve read which said to take 5mg of yk11 every 10hrs so i followed it and wanted to know if that wasn’t the right way to take them i developed a rash in my left trap and ive seen that it can spread. Also ive been lifting for almost 3 years yeah i know hoping on too early isn’t a good idea but i just wanted to take it to the next level and see how it can affect me as far I’ve noticed a increase of durability that i haven’t had but if this is a huge side affect i would end the cycle or at least stop taking it every 10 hours and take it every 24 hours or every two days the company i ordered from was from swisschems

Also idk if it matters or now but this is my physic at the moment i was only doing the same pose which doesnt show much but its the only ones i have im in a cut currently trying to get back to 203lb in my bulk i gained 40pounds in a year

yk-11 isn't safe enough
Yeah i heard a lot of good things about it so i decided to give it a try just for a month and see how it goes so far the only side affect i have is that rash but the positive is the increase of my endurance
 
They are much better than yk-11,hey,u can go find out ,maybe u will open the door to a new world ,yk-11 did has too many side effects.
Thats sounds nice if you have the time can you tell me more about it with the pros and cons as of right now i was thinking of finishing my first cycle of yk 11 and the. After i finish letting my body recover i was thinking of taking rad 140
 
My dude!!! These things are a great way to achieve athletic goals but I just want to tell you a quick story if I may. I started at 17 and I went a bit harder in the paint than you.. straight blastin for weeks and weeks no stoppin because back then we didn't have the knowledge available. I had to get gyno surgery when I was 27 and I injured myself a lot because the tendons don't get as strong as the muscles do or at least not as quickly as the muscles do. So here I am 39 I have adrenal insufficiency gynecomastia again broken bones in the hand pulled hip flexor and rotator cuffs plus permanently dislocated toe and a nearly ruptured patella tendon along with an AC set in my shoulder and probably infertile. It also gave me an enlarged heart and a leaky ventricle. What I learned from listening to great educators, was information that would have changed everything when I was your age. good on you for asking questions
 
If you dont like to read, this whole educate yourself thing will be harder but there are great educators on youtube... Derek, steve, todd, think big and many more... They can be resources that make all the difference. But at the end of the day, patience is your greatest ally and getting man strength before you add extras is the way to go
.. I know its so hard to wait...

Someone else may have already asked or you maybe said it somewhere already so I apologize but I was just wondering if trying to get the Competitive Edge on a specific sport or if it's for bodybuilding or looking good. Your goals will determine your compounds for sure
