I always do it after working out. I pound a protein shake, stretch about 15 mins and go into cardio. Personally I feel much more recovered the next day when done in this order. If im just stagnant after a workout, I don't feel as hungry for my post workout meal and the next day the muscle...

So far so good. Pip is very minimal. I couldn't pin my delts with the last test I had (pip for two weeks and a cyst) but this time it's nice and smooth.
