i cannot recommend any sort of steroid use to you at that body fat bro... you need to get it down lower especially using things that are for bulking... i would do a cycle of sarms with trt to get your body fat down first and THEN run it when you can run it safely and how it is supposed to be ran.. watch my video on sarms and trt...
