DS was on it again. Always legit gear which is of utmost importance but I did part of an order on a straight from Pharma deal, wasnt sure how that would go, plus holidays, but was still here fast, bonus! Always an awesome experience.

58 year old male, test cyp 100mg per week. 1/2 adex day after.

Can anyone read these numbers and input doing self trt .Are these good numbers?

BMI calc says I'm 3 pounds from overweight, various measurement types are all different, inbody or something similar would be the only way to know for sure I guess. No matter what it actually is I'm going to fight for 10 more pounds of Lean muscle! Easier said than done.

Brutally honest 5'9 165 BF? 57 years Photo is relaxed and not post workout Just looking for a ballpark BF process to use.

How is everyone coming up with their BF measurements.I know mine is very low as there is literally muscle and skin visually. HGH has shredded me I believe. Would that still make me around 10% as I never see any posts lower than that.

What tests are most important pre,mid and post cycle. Paying out of pocket as my doctor probably wouldn't do them for me. also need a good online source that provides the testing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Planning to run primo in next cycle,low dose but enough for decent results. Have heard oral isn't very good. Any info would be appreciated.
