250 is the perfect place to start. This is 4 times your ave test levels. Stay as low as possible for as long as possible and don't get addicted.

Gokar22, in my experience this exact cycle rid me of anxiety altogether. My nails even grew back on my fingers. I sleep great without sleeping meds. Just sharing this with you.

I highly recommend adding cables and other machines into your routine. I looked bulky after 2 years of training in the basement. Went to a gym and put on 10 lbs in 6 months and ripped out more than ever. I do not recommend PF at all but if its a money issue I'd take PF over my basement any time...
