to 167.5k/368.5lbs x 3 x 3 with a rep paused on each set

to 100kg/220lbs x 8. I could have gone a little higher

Out for shopping and food (gourmet burger) and an ice cold Guinness. My mum had gifted me some cash so I also purchased 2kg of Rump Steak cut thick in lieu of Ribeye (sold out)

bar x 20, 60kg x 8, 90kg x 8... long rest...then 122.5kg x 5 (better than recently) reps. Dropped to 60kg x 40 reps (most ever) then bar x 40 and BS x 40

Tweaked my back (RH) a tiny bit on my 2nd set. Took extra care on form. But started heavy and continued
W/up, 140kg x 8, 240kg/528lbs (heaviest warm up I've ever done in a normal workout and way more than you think about back when you started), 340kg/748lbs x 6 (wanted 8)

Leg Press
260kg x 8, 460kg x 8 and then, with Gareth F (weighs 102kg) on top 767kg/1687lbs x 6 (again wanted 8)
