Been looking forward to eating normal again with just 4 weeks before show day, I mean as normal as you can get with having to be gluten free lol. Been looking on youtube and this guy named protein chef has amazing bodybuilding recipes that seem super easy. Like to know who you use for healthy baking/cooking tips, but this guy seems legit and cant wait to cook his recipes.
