I pinned there today. Best spot hands down. One time I aspirated to quickly and had the weirdest sensation. Felt like I was sucking the muscle through the pin. If I aspirate then I tread softly.

Bi's are a money shot for me. Pop a cc in each one without any discomfort whatsoever, calves do suck. I've pinned pecs, bi's, delts (courtesy wifey), quads, glutes w/ some serious reaching and shaking or the old lady helping. Pinned 3cc's per delt before and think I could do more if I wanted...
