If a product come up as a fake when you check it on the website is it certain that its fake?

I would say more than likely. What product and where are you checking it?
Is anything really certain on the internet... you have to use multiple search engines and resources to compile what you think is good information. Why don't you just ask here? There may be 100's of people familiar with what you're talking about that can offer insight, or personal experience.

As the source involved in this thread I had to thank you as you recheck it properly.
As Robo said it wouldnt be nice if you had mentioned us in your first message by saying something it´s not true.
However it was a nice test to check that communication with our rep here (Mr. 44!) is working properly: the minute he saw the thread he let me know. And the moment I knew I blocked all the Thaiger Pharma products to me sold from the store until the investigation was concluded. I´m unblocking them again.

After few days out of the office I finally came back. I wanted to check the issue with the Thaiger-Pharma products so I checked three of them:
We check with our products in stock and we notice the issue.
Thaiger-Pharma launch new productions and they have an issue when we check on the website.
Here is our feedback:
- We try with 3 Products:
Venaject 100 Thaiger-Pharma 10ml: Code Work
C-ject 250 Thaiger-Pharma 10ml: Code work
Pronorm 100 Thaiger-Pharma 10ml: Code not appear like a fake, but the page "This product is genuine" not appear. Also if we change one number in the serial number, the page "fake products" appear. Also we do this process few times, and at least the the page "This products is genuine" appear, we don't have any "fake products" page when we write the good number from the different boxes.
Thaiger-pharma told us they had a small issue with the server who have to read the new database (look like a timeout).
Before you panicking Thaiger-Pharma told me that:
Please ask to your customers:
- To try again to check the products
- Send pictures of serial number to you, please forward the pictures as soon as you have them.

might want to keep this private next time. especially since it was a false claim, at least at first. no reason to stir the pot blindly. you can message the source or source Reps privately and they wouldve answered all your questions.
He kept it privately as he never mentioned he bought the product from us. However i think its interesting to know how to proceed next time someone has the same message.
