Suspension vein pin today...

So I decided to cut back my cruise dose and pin a lil suspension pwo VG. Let me say this I never pinned a vein in that area and I swear I must've pinned it all in there. Cough came, chest tightened up, head rush, jaw tensed... thought I was gonna feint bros. Stood there over my sink with the water running with my hands in it for relief. Felt like complete shit, throbbing skull as it went thru my brain, racing heart when it passed there, coughing when it hit my lungs... Here I am hours later and barely feeling like I could go lift if I wanted to. Respect the veins.

Yeah totally passed on the gym today because of it. Neck still sore and lil' tight. Still love suspension for gainz though.
 
This whole time I just assumed 44 had steel cables for veins and it would be impossible to puncture them. 🤔

I've actually got cough from pinning Cyp before but it was just more of an irritating itching throat cough. I can only imagine what that was like.
