Need help with dosing stenabolic

needs to be dosed at 0.25 ml.....6 times a day
or....0.5 ml...4 times a day
or....0.5 ml...4 times a day

don't leave it on or under your tongue...swallow it.
It is suspended in grain alcohol, so yes it has a bit of a bite!
no problem, just get it down the hatch as fast as you can, I mean don't choke trying to miss your tongue...lol
you will get used to to it in a few days and think nothing of it

Since you are doing 10mg 4 times per day that would be 0.5ml on the dropper. It is suspended in grain alcohol so the slight burning is perfectly normal
