I'm about to do a 4 wk cycle of sr 9009, gw 501517, and lgd 4033. About to do a mountainous high altitude running 4 weeks after start of cycle. I know you suggest 12 week cycles but for me I can only afford 4 on and 4 off. Is there any techniques for endurance at altitude. I usually do 3 days of lifting and 3 cardio, one being a 6-12 hour bike or run. Also I have arm1care by Olympus for pct. should I run it the whole time or just after? Also should I run gw for longer or just do 4 on 4 off? And other info on how to structure training (more cardio or more strength) would be appreciated. Tim
