Well I’m 25 years old been in the game for awhile now. New to this thread and boards in general. Trying to see what people thoughts and there go to are. I’ve competed twice in physique didn’t place crazy high or anything but I have passion as a gym rat

If you have a little time on your hands I’m sure you can find them pretty easily and go from there. You never want to be spoon fed on boards. That’s a great way to get screwed over
