Aromasin dosage

Sup everyone, I’m on week 5 of my test e cycle of 500 mg a week.

I have a question regarding my aromasin dosage, I have noticed a little bit of water retention and would like to know if I should up the dosage from 12.5mg eod, to 12.5mg ed or 25 mg eod. I have gained around 12 pounds so far half I know of which is water weight. I’ve been taking aromasin since day 1 of the cycle

Only way to know is to see where your estrogen levels are through bloodwork. Are you having any side effects besides water retention?

The only 2 side effects I’ve really noticed have been the occasional headaches and also an increase in sweat while working out and sleeping

Could I please get an explanation on whether to do it every day or eod

For that test dose 12.5mg eod works for most....but everyone is different. You may need more. You may need less. Mid cycle bloodwork will help you dial this in
