I hit about 250 lean @ 5'10 when I bulk up. Pretty lean year around though.

No my buddy in Ireland had been using it for little while.
It makes the muscle swell and works better than synthol for site enhancement.
It's dangerous though, I've seen the video you speak of but he fails to mention the side effects that can come along with it depending on your genetics.
