Remember though, these are just a baseline figure and serve as a great starting point in determining your macronutrient needs. For example, most of these sites say I burn roughly 3400 calories in a given day. I had to work my calories up to 4800 before I started gaining, and even then it's at a very slow rate (roughly 1/4lb-1/2lb a week on average). Definitely a good place to start though!
 

Good resource for those in need. It's a great place to start when you are trying to figure out how to structure your diet. It can always be curtailed and custom tailored afterwards
