Recovery assistance

Hi guys,
I'm 28
6'3
197lbs
11% body fat
Previously competed naturally from the age of 20-21
Have high blood pressure
Have never used steriods
Goal to get back to my competing weight of 220lbs

I'm asking for advice on post work out recovery assistance. Around 6 years ago I started a very demanding job which is still where I'm currently employed. For 3 weeks out of the month I'm regulated to maybe 4 hrs sleep a night. I work out 5 times a week, but have had stagnant gains and go through excruciating muscle recovery. Obviously, getting more sleep is not an option for me, and I have tried literally everything possible dietarily to help the issue to no avail. If I were to cycle what would you guys reccomend? I am someone who has always been a bit gun shy of running anything, and it's in the utmost of importance to me to do things safely. Thank you for your help! P.s. thanks Dylan your youtube channel is really informative, and helpful especially to the portion of your audience that doesn't have any experience.
