People who post here have goals. Understand that this forum is mostly for candid cycle and compound advice, would it also be beneficial to give some general tips of how to train so that individuals match their cycles, training and goals?
I was kind of thinking the same about trying to lower body fat at a faster pace and then planning a stronger anabolic stack for the future.
