I understand it’s not expired. What’s not right is the manufactured date is a month after the COA date. It’s not the correct COA for this bottle since something has to first be made before it can be tested. Yet the batch number on the bottle and the COA are the same. It doesn’t add up

Right I get that. But in order to test something it first has to be manufactured. So the manufacturer date should be earlier than the COA. I assumed they messed up and sent me the wrong one but the batch number matched. Unless I’m totally misunderstanding what they mean by manufacturer date

I do stretches everyday for these specific tendinopathies. However simply stretching isn’t enough to get adequate blood flow into the poorly vascularized tendons. That’s why they do better with isometric and or slow eccentric weighted exercises.

My tendon issues are actually exacerbated when I don’t do those specific exercises. I totally rested for 8 weeks once and they hurt the most they ever have. But if you meant sleep your 100% right, I don’t get as much sleep as I need or quality of sleep

Nah, it was from a compounding pharmacy. Nothing is helping this shit, even had PRP done with no relief. Actually what helped the most is oxandrolone paired with isometric and very slow eccentric weight training. Just one cycle improved the tendon by close to 50%

I tried BPC on its own, I didn’t notice much of anything unfortunately

I do have a diagnosis of mild/moderate sleep apnea. But my issue is just chronic lack of sleep. My little guy has irregular sleep patterns so I’m up at 3am every day so I can get up before him. Really only get 6 hours max on good days, usually less though.
