I just had an early morning chest day. I work out alone most of the time. Had a pre-workout shake about 1 hour before my workout. 100grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein, 5 grams of creatine and my bcaa's.. Warmed up with 135lbs for 10 reps and went for gold.. Managed 45 reps at 225lbs. Not Clean...
I'm 220lbs.. 44 years old and natural. I usually do 225lbs x 30 reps to warm up on bench and get the blood flowing.. I'll try to see how many I could get. Back when I was 36 I did rep 225lbs for 48 reps. But I was heavier, around 245lbs.. I'll try again at 220lbs which is my current weight..
I have a question..If I was Going with a sarm cycle, what is the power increase(average percentage) I would see?? Just trying to see If the cycle will help me reach my strength goals. I'm at 2100 calories a day 40/40/20 macros
