This is interesting read as I am 48 and just found out I have a torn medial meniscus and arthritis in left knee. Going for a cortisone shot and PT. Will be figuring same thing out. Was doing some Crossfit as well which stresses knee a lot with thrusters, wallballs, etc. Good luck. Sucks getting...
