Update: I took some anti inflammatory and the pain is gone. I guess I just strained my back a little due to pretty good strength gains on cycle. Currently week 9 on lgd rad and gained almost 10 kg weight.

Maybe I just strained my back even if the pain seems to be different. Anyhow, I’ll use some anti inflamatory cream for a couple days and take a mini break from working out for a couple days and if it does not go away I’ll go see a doc. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
