46 year old Male, 6'1", 210lbs, 20% body fat. I started lifting last September (2015). I've been gaining about 1/2 lb of muscle a month, working out 3-4 days a week, 1.5 hours a day (30 min cardio as part of that 1.5 hours). Even if I don't lift weights, I still do...
