As the title prolly implies. Looking to get alot leaner opposed to putting on getting bigger and looking fluffy. I know it starts with my diet and thats what im trying to correct/made this thread to get some help on fixing that so thanks in advance
Ok so question about half lifes: after you have taken your first dosage say at like 12:00 afternoon, would it be best to take the next dosage before the half life is up or after.
I know the half life on GW is long and you only need 1 full dropper a day but i was just curious about this...
