This is gonna sound stupid but would appreciate some answers. I have DBol powder. But not sure how To injest it. Can I simply take the powder and rub it in my mouth and gums and have it Injested that way? Or Can I mix it in water? Please help. Don’t wanna waste the gear. Thanks

Hi follow you on twitter and watch your you tube videos. Thanks for all the info you give out. Question, I bought some Equipoise and on the bottle the expiration date said it expired months ago. I ran it anyway. Does it matter it was expired? 3-4 months past date.
