So today went to gym squat rack full leg press na till the end.So nobody on hack squat ok kind of piss off because rack so felt like punishing myself so put 2 plates on each side did 20 reps per set with 30 second rest for like 7 to 8 sets pumped also about pass out sweating like I stole...
Today hit back with rage want to improve and bis. My arms have come up this bulk a lot I hated looking at my self side ways because arms wore small compared to my chest now there close to being the same love it hard work never stopping push weight
