I lift around 5am. I see most say dose in the morning but the half-life isn't very long. Should I dose before bed or before lifting? Does it matter if I take it only 30min prior to lifting?

Thanks to PL I'll be starting a rad140 cycle soon. You guys still take pre-workout when on sarms or do you find you dont need it? I have a gym in my basement so I wake up around 0430/0500 and workout. The pre wakes me up a bit.
