OP, you're getting great advice from everyone here. I can relate to what Angelo said about his body not starting to grow until 23. I can remember my metabolism being so fast after playing college sports that I couldn't get over 200lbs if I tried! I'm going to go a little old man here.....back...
Congrats on your gains. I'm about half way through my first cycle and I completely understand the new PR's and feeling great. One question though, why are you waiting a week to start PCT when you were running short esters? Just to be safe?
If your goal is speed, then you need to slowly get your body used to going that fast. Running is no different than weights in that you need to slowly increase intensity to get your results. Have you invested in a GPS watch that can show you your pace? That is something I would do. After...
Great news! Can you share what you needed to do with AI's to control prolactin for those who maybe thinking about running the same combo in the future :)
Thank you once again for a smooth transaction Hipo! There was one minor glitch but it was answered promptly. My order was shipped in two different packages...so when I got the majority of my stuff, I sent a quick email asking if there was a second package or if it was forgotten. Three days...
I'd ask how they define high protein before dismissing the opinion as stupid.
@Androman: what do you consider moderate protein when you go keto? BW or less?
I made a request for Dylan to make a video about the importance of eating healthy fats. He appreciated the feedback and said he's got a list of topics that he's going to hit on....perhaps this was on his list. I think its a good one.
Thanks for the responses thus far. I pin every 4th day bc I'm running longer esters. I rotate between delts and glutes. It sounds like those who have responded go larger in glutes, smaller in delts.
As I'm going through my first cycle....my mind has drifted to future cycles. I suspect this is something that is pretty natural; especially when you see the gear working as intended! (Thanks Hipo!) I have some ideas in my head from my imagination as well as reading what others have used on...
Yeah that did come out crappy lol. Trying to say that if drawing and leaving compounds in syringe for 12 hours or less was an issue...there's no way my RN wife would allow me to do it!
