    TD Robo

First off, I'd like to thank Saiyan for some behind the scenes help before I made my Robo order! The process was quick and easy. Package in my mailbox 3 days after payment and delivery info was received. Very happy and looking forward to trying Robo gear for the first time!

Gym Playlist: What are you listening to?

Excellent topic. I've been using YouTube Red and it's fantastic. My musical taste goes from gangsta rap to heavy metal and a lot of different music in between. Current playlist has a huge variety and I love it.

200+ Grams of Protein Per Day Tips?

I agree with all of the above about prep. Two things I do on that point when I go to work. I carry a large tupperware container that probably holds about 20-25 scoops of protein always in my bag (along with my shaker) I also cook 5-7lbs of chicken breast, shred it, leave it in fridge and put...

College football player looking to gain 10-15lbs

I believe there was a QB from University of Florida that got suspended for using SARMS? I remember seeing something about it on here a year or so ago....

How long do you take off between cycles?

What I meant is that I think the OP question is a personal question. I tried to give examples of how I look at things as to why I feel that way. Why I do things once per year vs others that take off only as long as they cycle/pct. Hope that makes sense.

How long do you take off between cycles?

This is somewhat of a personal question. I have done one cycle per year for the last two. Prior to that, I had never used aas. There are a few reasons this. One, I'm patient and I need to recomp so both of my cycles have been in the 14-20 week range. That allows me to use lesser amounts of gear...

This will be the final post in the blog. I'd like to thank Hipo for selecting me. I tried my best to update my workouts as much as possible. As I said in the post above, it really sucks that my state doesn't allow me to get bloods easier...because I could've adjusted for my high estrogen...

    Headphones

Funny you should post this. I just had to get a pair of blue tooth headphones after my Ipod died on me. I ended up getting Altec Lansing ear buds. Pros: Good price $30, really good sound, stay in your ear even while running Cons: Really awkward set up...there's wiring that goes around your...

They did not and I wish I had known this before. I would've done mid and end bloodwork...and it would've made a big difference because I could've adjusted for my high estrogen and made my T count look better for Hipo.

    Cable weight vs free weight

My opinion you use more stabilizing muscles when using free weights vs. cables which is why most can do more weight with cables.

I did back today. My core exercise was BB rows and they went really well. 225x10, 275x8, 315x6, 365x4, 405x2, 425x2 After that I did some cable work. 5x10 pulldowns and I changed the extension to a less wide D grip handle and it really hit lats well. 5x10 v grip pull downs had similar good...

I'm in the home stretch of this log at this point. I did arms a few days back. Bi's were 5x10 alt db curls followed by 5 sets on plate loaded hammer curl machine. I kept DB's light and got really nice pump....hammer stuff was some strength training and more reps. Tri's I did weighted dips...

Shoulder day today. Seated militaries: 135x10, 185x10, 205x8, 225x3, 225x3. Iso movements: reverse pec dec 5x15, lateral raise machine 5x12, DB front raise 5x10. I was a little surprised at the 225 but that's all I had so I did a few reps there rather than increase weight. Cardio was 35...

Leg day today. My partner wanted to do legs at his gym again so we went there. I had planned on doing deads while he squatted but the other rack was taken...so I joined him in squats. We have been talking about my squat video and how I squat for the last week...it always amazes my partner how...

Lagged on updates for a few days. Both weekend days were 1 hour cardio sessions of just walking followed by core work. This morning was back day. Compound movement was weight pull ups BW+45 5x5 which went pretty well. Followed that with 5 sets of hammer rows, kept in 10-15 rep range....5...

Shoulder day today. With my lower back still a little tender, I decided to change up my routine. Rather than do heavy compound movements followed by iso movements, I did the opposite. 5 sets of rear delts, front delts, and side delts in the 10-20 rep range...and then I did presses. It worked...
