Sports and my father are the two biggest reasons. When I was little, my dad would get up early and workout before work. It's something that always stuck with me and now I do the same. We both work in LE and as I get older and have to keep up with younger kids, the gym allows me to do so. I...
You got my attention with the jump roping. How many rounds are you doing 30 seconds roping 1 min rest? This is why I like following logs. A few years back I was doing 10-15 min of roping total...even timed it with my phone. You've got me thinking about putting it back in the rotation
Thanks for the video Dylan....appreciate it.
Rick, you're absolutely right. Its like Dylan says to start the video...we know better but we do it anyway. So true...I'm guilty of it.
This maybe a little long winded but I'd like for people to understand where I am before they respond to my question. Some may know I did a log for Hipo from October until January. I put on about 20lbs and hit all of my strength goals I set for myself. My bloods came back shitty unfortunately...
I also never got to try Vahalla. I sent an email for a price list as NY and Miss NY had decided to close shop :( Looking forward to the re opening with 44....I won't miss a 2nd chance :)
Your question is a difficult one to answer. MY BIL run the gym at a college and does strength and conditioning with D3 athletes. What he does is dynamic exercises twice a week during the week (mostly bc you aren't getting college students to hit the gym on the weekend) They usually do quite a...
I have also placed a number of orders with Hipo with success. I've also sent a few buddies to him and they haven't had any issues. Send a message to him or his rep 44 and I'm sure you'll get an answer soon
Dylan has done some diet topics...low carb vs high carb and general dieting. I know what your asking for but watch below...maybe you can get help with videos he's already done.

I'm glad you agree with me on that. I completely get how you wouldn't agree with how he does things....especially his nutrition . I guess my bigger point is that sometimes we engage in a group think mentality where everything is black and white. I actually agree with the OP; I don't think you...
I don't agree with this completely. I know the culture is changing in power lifting where more competitors are getting more lean as opposed to the traditional pudgier look. But do you honestly believe that those who power lift aren't committed to their craft. They aren't committed to losing...
Congrats OP....its all downhill from here. My first pin was 30 minutes of nerves before I hit delts.....my plan was glute. That "oh that's it feeling"...remember that like it was yesterday.
OP, you're going to get a lot of thoughts on low carb vs. carbs. It doesn't matter which you do, just stick to one diet and execute it. Weigh yourself weekly and shoot for 1-2lb weight loss. If you have a successful week where you lose 1-2 lbs...then you're on your way....repeat what you did...
It was def the lighting guys. The gear looked fine. Had to take a quick pic per request....and as a family man....I had a quick chance to take pic with kids/wife out and about!
