This thread is interesting. I am so grateful to the old guard that was so patient with me. They answered my questions. They let me train with them even when I slowed them down. They taught me what they knew. They treated me like one of them when I was but an idiot that knew nothing. There...
I don't interact with many people at the gym (just enough to not be a dick). I train with music in my ears and sunglasses on so I don't get distracted by anything. But when I train back or triceps (in particular) folks take notice because of the poundage I lift. Some of the guys my age or a...
My two cents... I stopped doing traps with shoulders. Started doing them on back day. After back I do multiple sets of careful form upright rows then dumbbell shrugs... progressively heavy with solid steady form... from 70 to 120 in 10 pound increments. Made a lot of difference for me.
Ouch. Someone has been taking advice from blind deaf and dumb gym rats. I hope you will listen to DG. Like my man Robo, no opinions forthcoming right now.
55 and rocking it! 5'8" 195. Waist 31". Arms who knows but dang big for an old dude.. LOL!

Eq has almost no sides for me...maybe a little anxiety once in a while on a typical long run. I don't get overly hungry but from time to time when running eq on a deficit I will hit a meal time when I can't eat enough.. maybe every week or so, but not every day. I checked my logs on the...
27% bodyfat and tren... hmmmm... no thanks. Listen to the wise sages here. You are not ready for any AAS compound whatsoever. Tren is not a compound to play with, nor for the feint of heart. Night sweats, hormonal imbalances unless managed, poor sleep at night and doze off all day long...
When you cycle a fair amount over a period of time, you really can forget the level of stress you put on the muscles and joints, etc. This recuperative time between cycles gives us that chance. I find strength levels don''t crash too much unless I was on something really harsh like Halo that...
So this happened to me in my gym today just as you laid it out. I shook my head as he did one clean and then danced around for five minutes. Tall dude, pretty fit, with no legs. I was thinking to myself... dude, you are just in the wrong gym. Then I kinda figured ya know, some shorter really...
