Not sure how many times you need this question answering as you have asked this question in multiple threads, also your body weight has varied between 84 and 90kgs with body fat stated mainly @ 15% as below
25 March - 85kgs @ 15%
04 & 05 April - 88kgs @ 15%
08 April - 90kgs @ 15%
12...
Personally I would cut to 10-12% then bulk back to 15%, rinse and repeat.
Loose skin on belly would be my only issue as this will look worse as you get leaner particularly if you are not young.
30% body fat at 147lbs seems very high to me, how tall are you?
How are you measuring your body fat?
You could always upload pics to get an honest opinion on your body fat levels.
In respect of diet I would only consume carbs around your training sessions (pre and post) and remainder of day...
Are you actually gaining weight at 2800 as your opening post stated you wanted to add some 'serious size', if you are gaining weight can you advise average weekly gain
No need to go keto for just 4 weeks, if you need to reduce carbs to lose weight then I would reduce carbs to 80-100g split around training and eat protein and fats the remainder of the time.
I would have thought not digesting food properly would lead to weight loss, at least that is my wife's oncology teams concern is with her not being able to digest food properly (Pancreatic Cancer) and having to take shitloads of digestive enzymes.
It takes 3x longer to lose the weight
Food is weighed and logged so fairly confident on caloric intake however there are occasions when I have to eyeball and log etc
Back Story - Going back a few years (2011) I was approx 220lbs but with a high body fat % and was not training so fast forward to today I tend to stay leanish (10-15% and currently weigh 170 and maintain at ~2600 kcals) but during festive periods / holidays I pretty much eat what I feel like but...
I personally use 1.5g per lb (3.3 per kg) of body weight so I would increase to ~275, keeps me satiated whilst dieting at this level but if your hunger is ok at 220 then keep it at that level.
