My BP is just about at professional athlete levels off cycle (quote from my doc,not bragging).I just had a problem last time I tried an oral steroid for the first time.I've been researching the hell out of this so I can maybe do an oral in my next cycle.

Back in the 80's-early 90's I would stay up all night snorting coke until the sun came up then hit the gym for 2 hrs.I'd eat a big breakfast afterwards then sleep for 12-16 hours.I'm still amazed that I lived through that lifestyle.FWIW I was pretty ripped. :p

I agree.Cardio before lifting just feels right.30min is the sweet spot for me.Anything more it affects my lifts.I'm sure GW would help with that though.
