Like Phurious said light exercises and ef wear a sleeve. I have tendinitis in my knee so leg day I have stayed light and slowly progressed. I would also recommend doing a proper and full warm up if you aren't already

There is no solid cure for tendinitis. I would just give it time to heal and slowly work those muscle groups back in there.

One if you found a video of Dylan you should know he states in multiple videos and on here as well as many others on here to never run an oral only cycle without a test base. If this is your first cycle it would be recommended to just run test to see what sides you get before jumping into orals...
Not having GW will not hurt you. Same as not having MK 2866. They are just recommended to help you maintain gains as your cycle ends and everything comes out of your body.
