Hey check out "the muscle phd" on Facebook or Instagram. He has a bunch of info on ketogenic diets. He told me you can reverse diet on keto and it's more efficient for muscle gains than your traditional carb based diet.

So you're saying fill it with 1cc of bac water. Then after mixing, pull out 0.2 with a slin pin. Wouldn't it be 2.5 since it's an 8iu mixture and I'm wanting to do 2iu/ day? Or am I overthinking this.
