I had mine out last summer. It's true my diet had completely changed. I can't handle dairy. I even had to stop the whey protein. It would go right though me and mess me up. I was never a big fan of fried foods but that is also something I can no longer deal with. It affects everyone differently...

At 56yo you could ask a doc about TRT. It will give you a healthy level of testosterone and you'll be able to make steady gains and recover from training faster. To just start blasting Primo is a bit much at this point in your training career and even age. You'll be amazed at what TRT can do...
