Current macros are
200-270g proton
300-370g carb
80-90g fat
Days i don't go to the gym usually 3000kcal-3200kcal
Days I've got legs or back are usually 3500kcal and sometimes higher protein depending on work also.
I'm always changing calories and macros to adjust my activity for the day...
Weight has gone up around 2lbs out of no where while cutting, but the strange thing is i look leaner, more veins are showing mostly in the forearms, could i have gained some muscle while cutting?
Bro it's illegal to sell capsule sarms since they're still classed as research chemicals. Even if they were legit, they won't be potent enough in capsule form. Most likely they're weak prohormones.
