This has been going on for only about a week, but I've had a couple worrying symptoms.

Bro most likely at 19 your height has pretty much reached its limit. When I was 16 I was around 6" 1 haven't grown since.

Thanks for that Rick. For me personally very high carb intake works best. I've been sticking with 0.3 per lb of fat and it's been working wonders.
