Hey bro, your test is at the bottom end of the range. Here in the UK the reference range is 7-31 so to describe 9 as normal is a bit of a stretch imo. I certainly wouldn't be happy with that.

Absolutely. Sarms or anything else for that matter won't really help much unless your diet is good, particularly as you want to drop fat. What exactly do you eat each day? From your earlier comments it sounds like you may have crashed your metabolism somewhat.
