So it was pull workout this afternoon, I started with 5 minutes of bike and then some lower back and hip mobility stretching:
Lat Pulldown: 40kgx12,50kgx10,60kgx8,70kgx6;
Barbell row(reverse grip): 2x10 with 52kg, 2x8 with 62kg;
Hammer strenght one arm row: 30kgx10,35kgx8,40kgx8;
