I heard that coffee enemas detox your body extremely good and are really good to clean out your liver... what's your thoughts on these? I know cancer patients do them and supposed to help them out alot. I'm thinkin about dealing with the discomfort and maybe trying it after my next cycle.

An example would be as follows
If your working out shoulders you would do a 1.shoulder press 2. Side lateral 3. Front raise 4. And then an upright row.... u would do each for around 12 reps..so then that would be one whole set... you would do that 3 or 4 more times

No I didn't know that. . Everyone told me that injections are the safest cuz they get right into the muscle. .where as the pills go thru the liver more

No I'm on AAS to be fit and big... it was the Winstrol I was asking about for the show... I never do pills..just injections. ... so I figured I would try Winny to cut for a show... but after talking to everyone here... I'm not going to try for the show ... just to much dedication right now...
I really want the endurance u talked about eq gives u. .. and I want more vascularity.. those would be the main goals

My friend wants me to do a show with him... I'm not into shows but I figured I would try for fun... so the goal would be to tighten up with some solid muscle for a show I don't want to do. .lol
