Forgot to mention that with lgd you are gonna want to run clomid or nolva. OTC wont be enough IMO. I personally respond better to nolva but I think everyone is different.

I've run this stack and it was great! I've found personally that I like s4 the best! S4 with ostarine stack was the absolute best. But lgd gave me super human strength! Have fun man and be safe, but make sure you enjoy those gajns!

Would adding ostarine to the last 6 weeks of my lgd cycle be a waste of money? Want to kick it up a notch but not sure if six weeks would be enough to see results from the ostarine.

Anyway, I have a physically demanding job with crazy hours and I powerlift recreationally. Biggest thing is to make sure that you get your rest. I find that my best gains come when I allow my body to actually recover.

Any opinions on this? Tried a transdermal solution with zero effect. But I've read it has no oral bioavailability? I'd like to know if anyone has any personal experience on this. Been reading endless articles and random posts but no one has really polled the masses so here I am.
