Thanks bro, appreciate it!
When I first started cutting, I was at about 400g of carbs. Over these last 3-4 months I slowly started decreasing them up until the point I was doing keto. The end of this week will be my third week doing keto, and I'll do one more week of it. In my opinion, keto...
I was thinking 6-8 weeks. My cut ends nov 3. And I don’t plan on starting to bulk until mid December/ first week of January.
I think maintaining for 6-8 weeks is long enough? What do you think?
Yea, that is something I'm considering. Last cycle I ran deca at 400 with no prolactin problems at all. 250, even 300 shouldnt be a problem. I do have prami on hand for any problems.
Appreciate the input brotha.
This was last week sometime. Still got 2 more weeks of this cut.
By the way, I do have a little loose skin on the bottom of my belly. I learned the hard way years ago what happens when you lose too much weight too quickly :/
Hey guys,
So I have been cutting for the last 3-4ish months, and making great progress. Was at 242 in February and now I'm weighing in 205, started cutting mid of July. Still have about 2 more weeks of this cut.
My goal was to get into the best possible shape I can get into before my next...
Why would your buddy say nobody pins in the glute anymore? Most people I know that use only pin in the glute lol. Shoulder would be the next best option.
You pinned in the quad, no wonder you had such bad pain.
I'm not doubting he gained 25 pounds. The questions is 25 pounds of what? Fat and water most likely, maybe a little muscle.
To me, this sounds a lot like noob gains.
Hey guys,
So I was just chit chatting with my chiropractor, and he told me in the winter he raises his vitamin d3 from 5000ius to 10000.
The reason being an obvious one. We live in NY so the sun isnt out much in the winter.
Do any of you guys that live up north, or anyone in general, raise...
Thanks for the reply bro, i appreciate it. My bro defiantly is more conscious now that he's had the surgery for it. He hasn't been able to lift heavy either.
This might be a dumb question, but if you have a hernia, is surgery the only way to fix it? Or if you rest and take time off will it ever go away?
My older bro had this surgery, and he hasn't been the same sense, in terms of his workouts. It makes me sad because he tells me hes not able to do...
Very good point. I'm trying to burn fat, but not at an extreme rate. I think i might have been over doing it adding in the HIIT.
And you make a great point. I don't see many pro bodybuilders, if any at all, do HIIT. I think I'm just gonna switch out the treadmill days for more stair climber...
Hey guys,
I am currently on a cut and things are going very well. Adding cardio these past few months have helped big time (obviously lol).
However, I have watched a few Dave Palumbo videos and he mentioned if the overall goal is to lose fat, low intensity is the way to go. He mentioned that...
No bloat at all! I get in a good amount of sodium, mostly from pink himalayan salt. But the thing is I make sure my potassium intake is at least 4700mg.
I do fasted cardio every morning, as well as 3 HIIT sessions a week, so that might be helping keep the bloating down as well, but i'm not...
One difference I noticed is the quality of sleep I get. I take 25mg about 30-60 min before bed, and I'm out like a light. One of the things I like the most is the energy I get when i wake up. I wake up at 4:45, and it's not even a drag. I'm not drowsy or even debate about going back to bed. I'm...
I've been using it for the past 3-4 months, and I have nothing bad to say about it. After 6 months I'm sure I'll be able to tell the full effects of it, if not already seeing them now.
My plan is to run it into my next AAS cycle and run it for a year total.
I got the hunger sides the first...
